Often when you have a busy weekend full of activities you just need to have a simple Sunday Supper.
I wasn't very good this week with my eating habits. I don't do well with digesting red meats. My blood pressure meds zap away my potassium so I try and eat bananas often. Bananas will also keep my legs from cramping!
I fell in love with Pumpkin Noosa Finest Yogurt and thank goodness that Walmart is still carrying this delicious flavor. It is nice to have a little Fall on Cold Spring days.
I love to take Yogurts of various flavors and make a delicious Sundae with them. By putting the bananas on the bottom of the bowl, folding the other ingredients on top, gives them a whole new flavor! Give this a try...you won't be disappointed.
Of course, if you are going to have Sunday Sundae you have to have Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (I use the Lite or Simple) and Reddi Whip! This makes a perfect Sundae and a filling Sunday meal for me! You Sunday cereal lovers need to try this and mix it up a little!
P.S. This is actually a filling meal - Caution: approx. 350-400 calories in this Sundae. But, if it is your meal - you are good!
