
Cheesecake perfect for any KETO Lover. Low Carb and down right delicious.

KETO CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
•8 oz Cream Cheese
•2 tbsp Salted Butter
•1/2 cup Heavy Cream
•1/2 cup Confectioners Swerve (or desired keto powdered sweetener)
•1 tsp Vanilla Extract
•1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (or whatever you choose to mix in)
Steps
:1. Get both butter and cream cheese up to room temp. (Either by microwaving or letting sit out)
2. Toss both into a bowl and mix with electric mixer
3. Add in heavy cream and mix slowly until a fluffy mixture is formed
4. Mix in sweetener and vanilla extract and mix until completely combined
5. Add chocolate chips or desired mix-ins and fold in
6. Pour mixture into glass pan (I found an 8”x8” fit well) and smooth out
7. Let sit in freezer for 30 minutes, cut, and enjoy!
