BRUNCH CEREAL COOKIES
These great little cookies are perfect to serve with Brunch. These are made from TOTAL Cereal and offer a little sweetness with the agave nectar sweetener. These will be a hit at your Holiday Season Potluck's. #yumilicious
Ingredients
1 cup Total™ Whole Grain cereal
3/4 cup butter (at room temperature)
1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries
2 tablespoons agave nectar
3 eggs
To Make:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Mix the cereal with the butter (at room temperature).
Add the flour and knead until a dough texture.
Add in raisins or cranberries, along with the agave nectar. Continue kneading as you add the 3 eggs.
Once a firm dough has been formed, roll into small balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes.
