PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH A TWIST -- ADD SOME SUNSET SALSA BRUSCHETTA ON TOP

I found this delicious Brushetta Salsa at Fresh Market in Little Rock. I have been using it at work lately to top off making traditional Bruschetta bread in Betsy for the guys. Charlie calls them little pizzas. However, they are Bruschetta like you find in a good Italian Restaurant.
Today I decided to make some Parmesan Chicken and add a little of the Bruschetta Salsa on top. It was Delicious! While I was at Fresh Market I picked up some excellent Chicken Breast stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese. These are delicious and fresh! They run about $3.99 per pound. My three breasts I got totaled $11.39. Trust me they are worth every penny.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese
Lowry's Garlic Pepper
Italian Seasoning (I also found these cute little pre-bagged at Fresh Market)
Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
To Make:
Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees
Place Stuffed Chicken Breast in 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle 1 Teaspoon of the Italian Seasoning on top of each
Sprinkle 1 Teaspoon (a few pinches) of the Lowry's Garlic Pepper on Each
Top with 1/2 cup of the Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
Top with 1 Teaspoon of the Bruschetta Salsa on each of the Breast
Place in Oven at 375 Degrees for 30 minutes
Top with Kraft Mozzeralla Cheese and serve with your choice of pasta
I made Penne Pasta and used the Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce about 1/2 cup and topped with Kraft Mozzarella Cheese and 2 Teaspoons of the Bruschetta Salsa.
