ICE CREAM SUNDAE?
The Sundae's are so darn tasty and cute as they can be. I made these for my co-worker's birthday. We always have a little party at the office if it is someone's birthday. I try and come up with different types of desserts in lieu of always having a traditional store bought cake. These little sundae's were a big hit with everyone! I found the very tasteful thin chocolate wafers at the TJ Maxx Gourmet Section in Little Rock.
If you haven't checked out this section, you are really missing out on some great items. I knew that these wafers would be a hit because I used them for my dessert table at my son's rehearsal dinner. They are similar to what my mama would have called a "tea cake" cookie. Very light and just a hint of sweetness! A win-win because who doesn't love chocolate?
I also find the Torani Caramel and Dark Chocolate Sauce's in the Gourmet Section of TJ Maxx. You can save a couple of dollars on each bottle over what you pay for them in other stores. I always find a unique treat that I can use or some great occasions. It is a must visit for organic cinnamon, raw honey and many other organic herbs.
