
Slow Cooker (Crock-pot) BBQ Port Tenderloin
Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin (1 medium tenderloin)
Garlic Pepper --(Lowry's is the best--trust me)
Salt, Pepper
Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
Blue Bonnet (Lactose Free for us) Stick Butter
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
To Make:
Put Fresh Pork Tenderloin in bottom of Crockpot - Top with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Pepper. About a teaspoon of the Garlic Pepper. Then lay 1 stick of the butter on top of the pork. Don't add BBQ Sauce at this time. Simmer on medium/low heat for about 4 hours. Then add in about half cup to a cup of the Kraft BBQ Sauce. Top with several more dashes of the Garlic Pepper and another half stick of Butter! Sprinkle in about 2 tablespoons of Sugar. (This takes out the tart taste and will make it carmelize some. Simmer on low until your fork can shred it somewhat. DELICIOUS and TENDER!!!
