Canadian Bacon, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Pizza ---topped with fresh salsa & a touch of Parmesan. Who doesn't like Double Bacon & Cheddar Cheese? #yumilicious
One of our favorites! Perfect for any meal. This delicious pizza is easy to make for a quick meal! The extra thin pizza crust you can find in most grocery stores around. It is delicious, and not heavy! This particular pizza adds fresh salsa for a twist.
Ingredients:
1 Extra Thin Pizza Crust (I use thin & crispy) Mama Mary's is the best!
1 Pkg Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Pkg Canadian Bacon (I love the uncured version)
1 Pkg Oscar Mayer Pre-Cooked Bacon (trust me - buy this for your pizza, sandwiches, etc.) It is much less greasy!
3 Tablespoons Bertolli Garlic & Basil Sauce (I love this on Pizza) I don't use Pizza Sauce. Trust me spaghetti sauce is much better on Pizza.
1 Pkg of Kraft Parmesan Cheese
1 cup of Fresh Salsa (I use the Deli Version) not jar version.
To Make:
Pre-heat Oven to 400 Degrees
Lay Pizza Crust on Large Cookie Sheet (Ungreased)
Put 3 Tablespoons of the Bertolli Garlic & Basil Sauce and spread evenly throughout crust
Add 1 Palm Hand Full (About 1/2 cup - to cup) of the Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese on Top
Crumble 4-5 pieces of the uncured Canadian Bacon and spread around pizza
Crumble 4-5 pieces of the precooked Oscar Mayer bacon on top
Top with another Palm size or 1/2 cup of the Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bake in Oven at 400 Degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown
Take out of Oven - top with the 1 cup of fresh Salsa and spread around pizza
Top with Just a couple of pinches of the Kraft Shredded Parmesan (see photo above) This is our preference so you get the full bacon & cheddar cheese taste

The Mama Mary's Pizza Crust comes in a Pkg of 3 generally. You can store the non-used in the nice bag that comes with them if you are just making one or two of the Pizza's.
