GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES - OVEN BAKED AND DELISH!
Who doesn't like potatoes? Potatoes are the favorite side dish of most people that I know. You can make them so many different ways and yet they can taste so different. I love baking the wedges or fries. They are less greasy and just all around better for you!
Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
To Make:
Spray large cookie sheet -
Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees
Cut 3 large Russet potatoes and slice them in thick fry wedges
Lay the Sliced Wedges throughout the cookie sheet - skin side down
Top with 3 tablespoons of the Lowry's Garlic Pepper all over potatoes
Top with 2 teaspoons of the Italian Seasoning (... do like I do and just sprinkle all over potatoes)
Drop the 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil throughout the Pan
Chopped Parsley (adds decoration and a tad of flavor)
Bake in oven for 425 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and tender to fork
Take out of Oven and top with the 1/2 cup of Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Place back in Oven for approx. 5 minutes until cheese is a tad melted
Top with the Chopped Parsley as desired (makes a pretty potato)
Serve and Enjoy!

- Salt to Taste --- I like just a dash - you don't need much with the Italian seasoning - it is salty enough.
- Black Pepper to Taste -- I love Black Pepper so I sprinkle all over
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese
