Let's face it. It's a little cold out today. What makes a better Sunday Supper? A hearty soup. I think I have been on a soup kick lately. I was watching the Today Show recently and they were saying if you way to stay fit in 2019 eat soups 3-4 times a week. Soups are filling, let you get your veggies in (when some won't eat them) and make you warm and cozy. A perfect combination for a good #SundaySupper meal.
