Betsy is the best thing that ever happened to this office! She is a Senior Citizen much like I am! Betsy by herself makes the majority of the meals we had over the years! She has made lots of pizza varieties, granola goop, pork tenderloin, breakfast casserole, lots and lots of homemade potato wedges and so much more. Betsy and I will be sharing these recipes on our Office Blog. Betsy is small, a senior citizen and gets hot quick like I do!! I can't imagine being here without her! I know the guys at least appreciate her and what she does for them. This is Betsy.....
