royal wedding --southern style

​I admit I woke up at 3:00 am. CST time to watch the #RoyalWedding.   I started when Princess Di married Prince Charles.  I watched Prince William and Kate's and now I just had to watch Prince Harry marry Megan.   I have been a fan of #Suits since the day it first aired.

The Wedding was spectacular!  It is amazing to me how choreographed it was down to the second.  At least, that's what it appeared to me.  Simply breathtaking!

My son was married on February 24th.   They just got the Wedding photos back last week on Mother's Day.   Their wedding was like watching a Royal Wedding.   The church was stunning.   David and Hannah were married at her Grandmother's church in North Little Rock.  It was a traditional Wedding and was just beautiful!   The tornado sirens going off when we first entered the Church that afternoon (for the family photos) didn't seem to bother us at all.   It came a down pour.    Luckily, the rain stopped long enough for Greg and I to pick up the Groom's Cake from #BlueCakeCompany.   The cake was a replica of David's Les Paul Custom guitar that we had given him when he was a teen!   P.S.  The boy can play that guitar!

The reception was held at the William Jefferson Clinton Library in Little Rock.   The views from the library to our downtown Skyline are breathtaking!   Greg and I visit the library on several occasions throughout the year.   The library has wonderful Exhibits and people come from all over the World to tour.  I can't think of a better place in Little Rock to have a Wedding Reception!

The food was excellent!  The DJ was great!  The dancing was fun!  What a marvelous night we had!   Seize The Daisies did a wonderful job on the photos.  There were over a thousand photos taken.  I am going to share a few!
