HOSPITALITY IS ALIVE! - MEET RONDA  If you have ever been through the busy drive through lane at Chick-Fil-A #11525, you have surely met Ronda. This Chick-Fil-A is super busy and the drive-thru lane can wrap outside this Pleasant Ridge Location. This fine lady makes it worth the wait. Not taking anything away from the great food and service that Chick-Fil-A offers, but Ronda is a delight! It doesn't matter if it is early morning rush, lunch, or anytime that she is working, it is all smiles from Ronda. Ronda will sing, dance, and have great conversations while you are waiting on your order. In fact, I wish sometimes that it took a little longer to get the order so that I can be entertained a tad longer. Ronda is married, has one daughter and one son. She is blessed with two grandsons ages 3 and 5. She loves to feed the ducks with her grandsons on her days off. Ronda has worked for this Chick-Fil-A going on two years. "I love making my customers happy and my co-workers are my family. I couldn't do it without a great team" is what Ronda told me when I asked her what she liked most about working. I go through the lane for my morning iced tea and my spirits are immediately lifted when she greets at the window. In fact, when I asked her could I feature her for the blog segment she was thrilled. The picture I grabbed says it all. The Restaurant Chain is known nationwide to rank high in customer service by their courtesy. Hospitality and Courtesy you will receive with this Restaurant. Ronda is a good as gold when it comes to hospitality. Chick-Fil-A often known for the quote "my pleasure" means it. If you are in the surrounding Little Rock area drop into this location. If you are having a bad day at work, or the morning isn't going just right, this lady will definitely put a smile on your face. It is my pleasure to visit with Rhonda once or twice a week at the West Little Rock Chick-fil-A. She is outstanding and a real credit to her team! Can't say enough good things about her!

Ronda makes my morning! I go by to see her almost everyday. If I miss one she is asking where I have been. Chick-Fil-A better hang on to her. You rarely get her kind of customer service these days.

Ronda is indeed pleasant to greet you in the morning. My husband even sings her a little “Good Morning” song we brought down from MN.
