This Pizza is definitely for the Meat Lover. My husband said he doesn't like "foo foo" Pizza. In other words, it is all about the meat with him. He doesn't want fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes or veggies on his. He doesn't know what he is missing.
I must admit that this Pizza was great! It wasn't greasy like the ones I get out the Pizza take-out places. So easy to do and so good!
For Pizza Crust - I use Mama Mary's Thin & Crispy. They come with two in a package. They include a special bag to keep the other crust in if you are only making one pizza.
1 Mama Mary's Thin & Crispy Crust
3 Tablespoons Bertolli Garlic & Basil Sauce
1 lb Jimmy Dean's Regular Sausage
1 pkg Land O' Lakes Canadian Bacon
1 pkg Oscar Meyer Pre-Cooked Bacon
1 Pkg Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pkg Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pre-heat Oven to 425 Degrees
Brown the Jimmy Dean Sausage in Pan. After sausage is cooked be sure and drain and pat grease off thoroughly.
Lay one of the Pizza Crust on top of large cookie sheet
Spread the 3 tablespoons of Bertolli Garlic & Basil Sauce evenly around crust -- We like l "lite" sauce
Sprinkle 2-3 palm fulls of the Mozzarella Cheese on top (about 1/2 cup)
Crumble 4-5 pieces of the Land O' Lakes Canadian Bacon on Top
Crumble 4-5 pieces of the Pre-Cooked Oscar Meyer Bacon on top
Top of with the cooked Sausage that has been drained thoroughy
Top with another 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella Cheese
Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of the Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Place in Oven -- Bake at 425 Degrees for about 12 minutes until crust is golden brown. This pizza will serve 8-10 good slices.
NOTE: The ingredients listed above would make both of the Pizza Crust if you wanted to make both of them. Otherwise you can save the left over ingredients for another day.
This Pizza reheats great! Just place on a microwave safe plate for about 20-30 seconds!
