HOMEMADE GRANOLA MAKES A PERFECT ICE-CREAM TOPPING!

CARAMEL ALMOND GRANOLA --WITH YARNELL'S HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
4 -Cups Old Fashion Oats (QUAKER)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
½ Peanut Butter (Jiff – All Natural Creamy)
¾ Cup Organic Honey
½ Cup Roasted Almonds
1 Cup Dark Choc Chips --- Nestle’s
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips --- Nestle’s
½ Cup Torani Caramel Sauce
TO MAKE:
Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
In Large Mixing Bowl – Add 4 Cups Old Fashion Quaker Oats
½ Peanut Butter (Jiff – All Natural Creamy)
¾ Cup Organic Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
½ Cup Torani Caramel Sauce
Mix together well -- Fold in ½ Cup Roasted Almonds, 1 Cup Nestle’s Dark Chocolate Chips, ½ cup of Nestlé’s Peanut Butter Chips – Mix in
Line large Baking Sheet with Baking Liner
Spread Mixed Ingredients above throughout the pan
Bake at 425 Degrees until golden brown – about 15-20 minutes
Take Out and let Cool
In Bowl – Put 2 scoops of Yarnells Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Put ½ cup of the Carmel Granola on Top
Extra (pictured) Add Hershey’s Syrup and More Torani Carmel Sauce (1 Teaspoon Each)
Makes a Yummy Sundae!
